PROGRAM SUZANNE SHARP : FISH PHILOSOPHY
There is nothing in the World like Pikes Fish Market in Seattle WA.  Their secret, however, can be practiced anytime, anywhere.  In her ever interesting presentation, Suzanne Sharp plays out her childhood with the crowd, making their day by being there to help them choose their attitude.  The four basic principles of a happy, successful, and emotionally fulfilled team:
Play -- Make their day -- Be there --Choose your attitude
We can incorporate these simple, yet stable practices in virtually any surrounding.   As Jake was kind enough to point out, his company probably doesn’t need to throw knives around the building.  However, there is always a way to take advantage.  Perhaps they could juggle steeles instead of throwing knives!  Joking… anyway, keeping a light heart, involve the customer with what is going on.  Choose your attitude.  Every day is another day, different and possibly better than the last one.

If you have any questions about this program, you may contact Suzanne Sharp

The kids build theirs cars and then race them.  The race is usually in June right after Father’s Day, but the date for 2004 won’t be set until the middle of January.  Greg then introduced Brittany, Rachel and Sallie who each talked about there racing experience.  He then introduced Joey who will race soon! If not this year, then next!
Greg then introduced Danny Lindsey who is the President this year and presented Garry Spotts and Jake Jolley with a gold plated wheel clock with Swiss Rolex movement for Garry’s and DOC’s efforts to make the Derby happen each year.  Jake then presented them with a copy of the OI Creed.
