you have served the Club by writing the Bulletin. We are informed, reminded,
amused and connected through your work.

  Karen Aulisa, Secretary. With speed and accuracy you have produced the Board’s work and been very much an active participant in all its deliberations.
Joe Reardon, Treasurer. In addition to writing checks and making deposits you have been a valuable financial advisor, always able to keep us in the black, as well as look ahead and predict the needs of the Club. 
Pat Brown, Vice President. Mr. Jr. Optimist, Mr. Memorial Airshow Man and Mr. Weekly Tree Lot Man!  You have done so much, Pat and this year, you have been at the ready, as an executive officer. 

 		Jake Jolley, President Elect.  Jake, you
have been there for the Club and for me all year.  This plaque is a small reminder of a
big service, for which we are grateful. 
 
 

   The next award is a Presidential Citation to a member of the Club who has gone the extra mile this year on a number of fronts. 
   This award goes to someone who all year has had an important job to do for this club and has done it without fail. In addition, this member has offered to do much more. I am going to describe some of the “extra miles” this member has gone – most unnoticed by the general membership. When you think you know the person I am describing, would you please stand up?   *Personal donations to the Club.   *Successful in obtaining two sponsors for Club projects.   *Personal service on more than 5 Club projects.   *Attended 10 of 12 Board meetings.   *Donates time and resources to the Computer Lab, including taking time to help members with their computers, in their own homes.   *Personally prints and distributes the Monthly newsletter.   *Implemented the Club’s bookkeeping program, new this year.
  And, by now, you have guessed the Presidential Citation for Outstanding Service goes to Karen Aulisa!
  Karen, along with this Citation comes a Life membership in Optimist International, and my personal thanks for being a real friend of youth!  Thank you.
